Managing Connectors

The following information defines how to edit the configurations of previously created Connectors and delete unnecessary Connectors.

Editing a Connector

1. Access the Connectors screen and click the "Edit" icon associated with the Connector you want to edit. An Edit Connector dialog box appears.

2. In the Edit Connector dialog box, edit the configuration data as appropriate. The [Test Connection] button becomes active.

3. Click the [Test Connection] button.

4. A Connection established dialog box appears. Click the [Update] button. The Connector’s configuration has been updated with your changes.

Deleting a Connector

1. Access the Connectors screen and click the "Edit" icon associated with the Connector you want to delete. An Edit Connector dialog box appears.

2. In the Edit Connector dialog box, click the [Delete] button.

3. An Edit Connector confirmation dialog box appears, listing the number of points associated with the connector you plan to delete. If you still wish to delete the Connector, click the [Yes] button. The Connector is deleted and will no longer appear on the Connectors screen.
