Point Tagging Screen Organization
The following information defines how to access the Point Tagging screen and provides a general organizational overview of the screen components.
Accessing the Point Tagging Screen
1. Log in to Synergy through the Resolute Login Portal using the credentials you established during account setup or by clicking the [Sign in with Google] button. You will be taken to the Home screen, which lists all your created customers.
2. On the Home screen, click the [Point Tags] button associated with the customer or building you want to tag points for. You will be taken to the Point Tagging screen.
Understanding the Point Tagging Screen Layout
The Point Tagging screen has two main functions. The first function is the filter and search bar, which allows you to control what data is viewed in the table. The second is the table that displays the Point information, as well as allows you to make changes to individual and bulk point(s).
