Synergy Custom Dashboards Screen Organization

The following information defines how to access the Custom Dashboards screen and provides a general organizational overview of the screen components.


1.  Log in to Synergy through the Resolute Login Portal using the credentials you established during account setup or by clicking the [Sign in with Google] button. You will be taken to the Home screen, which lists all your created customers.

2. On the Home screen, click the Configuration button associated with the customer you would like to create Custom Dashboards for. You will be taken to the Site Editor screen.

3. Click the Custom Dashboards icon in the side navigation menu, you will be taken to the Custom Dashboards screen.

Understanding the Custom Dashboards Screen Layout

Synergy’s Custom Dashboards screen is split into two primary functions: the home screen and the Dashboard Builder screen. The following information provides an overview of the various elements included on these screens.


Custom Dashboard Home Screen

Legend Screen Element Description
A Create New Summary Dashboard Action button used to open the New Summary Dashboard editor
B Help Icon Opens information window for Dashboard type
C Create New Standard Dashboard Action button used to open the New Standard Dashboard editor
D Fusion Visibility Toggle used to allow Dashboard to appear in Fusion
E Configure Button Action Button used to create Dashboard
F Edit Button Action Button used to Edit Dashboard settings

Legend Screen Element Description
A Custom Dashboards Action button used to return to the Home screen
B Widget Menu Displays widgets available to drag and drop in the display pane
C Widget Tips Action button used to open the information window describing the different widget types
D Edit Button Action Button used to Edit Dashboard settings  
E Fusion Visibility Toggle used to allow Dashboard to appear in Fusion
F Title Text box used to give the widget a Title
G Description Text box used to add an optional description
H Edit Points List Action button used to add and edit widget points
I Unit Dropdown list to select widget unit of measurement
J Format Points Action button used to format selected points list
K Delete Widget Action button used to delete the selected widget
L Update Widget Action button used to update the selected widgets configuration
